The Philippine Social Science Council would like to extend its congratulations for the winners of the 2021 National Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) Awardees for Outstanding Book and/or Monograph.
The winning books and/or monographs include “Philippine Politics and the Marcos Technocrats: The Emergence and Evolution of A Power Elite (2019)” by Teresa S. Encarnacion Tadem from the Philippine Political Science Association, and “Pelikulang Komiks: Toward a Theory of Filipino Film Adaptation (2019)” by Joyce A. Arriola from the Philippines Communication Society.
